I am interested in starting a small business, but I don't have any money to start it with. I am a homeschool mom with three children and I am trying to come up with a way to make a little extra money. What type of information is required in order to be approved for a federal grant? How long does it take? I would like to get a laptop and fax machine. There's a certain amount of product I need to purchase as well as paying for a few phone services such as conference calling and a wireless ear piece for the conference calls. I have a home computer, but it has a lot of stuff on it and I have problems working it because my husband set it up. I don't really know how much information you need from me. I've never done this before.
